If you want acne scarring foundation and/or makeup with full coverage I don’t think you’ll find anything in a drugstore. If you’re really worried about it and you want to go to a store to get something, I recommend Dermablend’s Leg & Body Cover and/or Leg and Body Tattoo Primer. It will do exactly what you need.
